David is a CPA and graduate of McNeese State University who obtained his Master’s in Business Administration with an emphasis in investment analysis from McNeese and is a consistent multi-million dollar producer.
Specializing in commercial real estate and 1031 tax free exchanges since entering real estate in January of 2008, David has helped hundreds of clients.
Types of closed commercial transactions include 1031 exchanges, hotel and hospitality, office space, industrial, auto dealership, car wash, retail land and large retail facilities. As an active real estate investor himself, David personally understands investors’ needs and what it takes to close profitable deals.
While David specializes in investment and commercial property, he has also helped many buyers and sellers close many residential deals including a $685,000 home (all cash).
David loves traveling and spending time with, his wife, Connie and their two boys, Andrew and Nathan. David is an active member of Moss Bluff Bible Church where he teaches Sunday school, serves as Treasurer and works with the youth.
